Die Villa Cala Sonriso befindet sich in der schönen istrischen Stadt Krnica, nur 2 km vom Meer, dem Strand und dem Hafen entfernt sowie in Gehweite von 3 Restaurants, einem Lebensmittelgeschäft und einer Bäckerei.

Die Villa verfügt über einen eigenen Infinity-Pool und einen Garten mit einem automatischen Bewässerungssystem. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz.

Von allen Schlafzimmern haben Sie einen unvergesslichen Panoramablick auf die Adria und die Insel Cres :)

Die Villa ist perfekt, wenn Sie Ihren Urlaub in Istrien in völliger Ruhe verbringen möchten.

 Die Villa ist für Ihren Aufenthalt zu jeder Zeit des Jahres bereit, da sie über eine Fußbodenheizung im gesamten Raum, einen Kamin und eine Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer verfügt!

Sie mieten eine private, eingezäunte Villa mit einem privaten beheizten Infinity-Pool und einem privaten Garten mit einem automatischen Bewässerungssystem. Auf dem Grundstück stehen Ihnen 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

 Krnica, wo sich die Villa Sun Sea & Fire befindet, ist eine perfekte Stadt, wenn Sie einen Aufenthalt in einer Villa mit privatem Pool in Istrien suchen!

 3 Restaurants, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Bäckerei sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt :)

 Die Kaffeebar, der Laden und das Restaurant in Krnica sind das ganze Jahr über geöffnet :)

 Sie können Pula, Fazana, Rabac, Rovinj innerhalb einer angenehmen Fahrt durch Istrien Umgebung erreichen.

Die Villa liegt abseits der Hauptstraße. Daher gibt es dort so gut wie keinen Autoverkehr. Es sind insgesamt 6 Villen dort, wobei diese Villa unserer Meinung nach den besten Standort hat. Auf einer Seite keinen Nachbarn und nach vorn den freien Blick bis nach Cres. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in 5 Minuten am zentralen Platz im Ortszentrum von Krnica erreichbar. Zum Strand braucht man mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, und der Preisklasse angemessen. Besonders gut ist aber der Service. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage, nach nicht mal einer Stunde war Isabella da und hat die Anlage wieder zum Laufen gebracht. Außerdem ist sie immer ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen oder Nöte hat, versorgt die Gäste bei der Anreise direkt mit Tipps für Unternehmungen, gutes Essen usw. Das ist wirklich toll. Vielen Dank dafür.
